Overall Definition of Hospio.tech
Hospio.tech is a project focused on operational, technical, and digital problems of healthcare and social institutions.
In the current MVP phase, it helps with repairs, installations, environment modifications, minor reconstructions, interior protection, and equipment supply.
In the follow-up pre-MVP phase, it analyzes the creation of a platform for: catalogue of manufacturers and distributors, structuring needs, preparing materials for purchasing and public procurement, purchase and rental of equipment, Peer-to-Peer sharing, secondary market, asset management, logistics, installation, service and digital handover.
A separate analyzed direction is a health-social SaaS that is to help connect clinics, patients, families, social workers, and other institutions in resolving specific health-social cases.
The long-term goal of Hospio.tech is to reduce fragmentation between: need, product, supplier, service, institution, documentation, physical implementation, healthcare, social support.

Hospio.tech currently functions as a prepared digitally managed service of "flying maintenance" for hospitals and social facilities. In addition, it analyzes a platform for purchasing, renting, sharing, and managing equipment, and a standalone SaaS for coordinating health-social cases.

Healthcare-specific safety
- Our technicians are briefed on hygiene protocols, infection control regimes, and fire safety before entering any facility
- We do not make medical decisions about product suitability for specific patients — that remains with the facility's clinical staff
- We coordinate with facility staff to ensure patients, clients, and visitors are not present in the work area during execution
- Work in special hygienic or safety regimes may incur separate charges
